Sunshine Always Makes Me Smile

Batteries—the bane of every parent’s existence. Buy a toy. Have to buy batteries. Get a toy as a gift. Have to buy batteries. One of these days, I would like my daughter to get a toy from someone and then I get a complimentary gift of batteries. How thoughtful of the gift-giver.

I remember after my daughter’s second birthday party, we came home and opened gifts. By the time all was said and done, the tally was 12 gifts owned, 20 batteries needed.

Battery-haters and sun-lovers take notice. I bring you great news about a toy that delights with light. This solar-powered helicopter spins and spins with just a beam of the bright stuff. Since both the artificial bulb and sunshine work, this little birch wood aircraft is great for indoor and outdoor play. Just shine the light onto the toy’s moving blades (powered by their own integrated solar panel) and enjoy safe and fun entertainment.

So break those pesky battery binds and fly free towards the light. This green toy isn’t only good for the environment, it’s also good for your little ones and great for you. You might even say that sunny rays are now the newest electric current-cy.
