Shipping Policy

Economy — free U.S. shipping on orders $75+

We offer free USPS ground shipping on all U.S. orders $75 and over. Orders under $75 ship via USPS ground for a flat $8. Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day (excluding holidays) leave the same day; orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. USPS ground shipments usually arrive in 5–8 business days. Because we're independent of USPS and can't control their schedule or operations, we're unable to guarantee these transit times.

Standard — 3–4 business day shipping ($15)

Standard shipping is a flat $15 and is delivered on business days only (not weekends). These orders are prioritized and leave by 3pm ET each weekday — so an order placed before 3pm ET on a business day ships the same day, otherwise the next business day. Once shipped, allow 3–4 business days for arrival.

Express — 1–2 business day delivery ($25)

Express delivery is a flat $25. These orders are prioritized and leave by 3pm ET each weekday — placed before 3pm ET on a business day, they ship the same day, otherwise the next business day. Once shipped, they arrive within 1–2 business days.

Same-day delivery in Manhattan ($35)

For $35, we offer same-day delivery in Manhattan, 96th Street and below. We must receive the order before 2pm ET on a weekday; please allow up to 4 hours for the messenger. Orders received after 2pm on a weekday or over the weekend are delivered the next business day. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order, or a redelivery attempt will incur a second fee.

International shipping

We ship internationally to most countries, with real-time rates calculated at checkout. We also collect and pre-pay all applicable foreign duties and taxes at checkout, so your gift or package recipient won't be responsible for any international duties, fees, or taxes on delivery. Please enter the correct shipping address — any undelivered items will be abandoned, and Estella cannot take responsibility for or be liable for those goods. Kindly provide an accurate shipping address.

Lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages

Estella is a small business and will do everything possible to provide exceptional, personalized service. That said, we are not USPS and cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, or orders the carrier marks as "delivered" that are then lost or stolen. We're simply not able to provide refunds or replacements for incorrectly addressed, lost, or stolen goods. To avoid this, we recommend Express or 2-day shipping, which are traceable with the carrier. USPS ground packages, while less expensive, are uninsured and less reliable.

Return Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We hand-pick all our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all regularly-priced items. Items may be returned or exchanged only while in new, salable condition — unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. We can't accept returns that don't meet these conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to make a return or exchange

Please include a copy of your original invoice with instructions for the return or exchange, and ship it to:

As soon as we receive your return, we credit the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time before the refund officially posts. If you're shipping an item over $75, please consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we can't guarantee receipt of a returned item, and we're not responsible for reimbursing lost return packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Estella reserves the right to refuse credit on any return or exchange that doesn't comply with this policy; please review it or contact customer service with any questions before shipping a return.

Reduced-price items are final sale. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Returning a gift

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return; once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift-giver.
