Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding National holidays. Orders ship within 2 business days.  Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during national holidays will ship within 2 business days. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Estella is not responsible lost packages. Please contact hello@estella-nyc.com with any questions.

Domestic Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $16 and up. For orders under $16, we offer flat-rate shipping for $5. Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days, but we cannot guarantee this.

Domestic Expedited Shipping: We also offer expedited shipping (estimated 2-3 business days) for a flat rate of $25 and next day shipping for a flat rate of $80. 

Local New York City Messenger Delivery: We can messenger your orders to any address below 100th Street in Manhattan for a flat fee of $12. Orders must be placed by 1pm EST for same day service. Orders placed after 1pm EST and on weekends or National holidays will be sent out the next business day.

Free Showroom Pickup: For no extra charge, you are welcome to pickup your order at our showroom,  located at 27 West 20th Street, Suite 304 (between 5th & 6th). Please call ahead to schedule your appointment: (212) 255-3553.

International Shipping: We offer flat-rate ($8) International Priority Shipping to Canada Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan), Central & South America and more. Estella is not responsible for any duties, customs, or return fees.  Any undelivered items will be abandoned and Estella will not take responsibility for the package, not will it be liable for the goods.  Kindly provide accurate USPS shipping addresses and take responsibility for all applicable duties, taxes & fees within your country.

RETURN POLICY

Fully Refundable: At Estella, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it for any reason, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all regularly-priced items. Please note that you may return or exchange your purchase only so long as the items are in new, saleable condition (have not been worn, altered, or washed) and all the original tags are still attached. We do not accept returns that have not met these conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To make a return or exchange, please include a copy of your original invoice with instructions for the return or exchange.

As soon as we receive your return, we will credit the original credit card account with in 1-3 business days. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed. 

Reduced-price items are final sale. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Please note: Estella is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Estella maintains the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
