I purchased Toni The Elephant Rattle for my friend's new grandbaby who came unexpectedly a month early. A week after I ordered it, the provided tracking link continued to show that the post office was waiting to receive the package so they could ship it. I called Estella a few times during this process and spoke to the same gentleman each time. The first time I called him, he promised to contact the USPS and get an update for me since he had already dropped the package off for shipping a few days prior. I didn't hear back from him and called back a day or two later. He said he was still waiting to hear back from USPS. He promised me that if he didn't hear back from them by the end of the day, he would ship me a new rattle. He was a man of his word, and I promptly received the 2nd rattle which my friend's daughter absolutely loved. For the customer service and quality of Toni The Elephant Rattle, I will definitely be shopping Estella's site again for baby gifts!

We gifted this set and the recipients absolutely loved it.
I got this for my baby (six months) and he loves it. It’s the perfect size for him to hug and play with. The snout/feet/ears/tail provide a great variety of different things for him to chew on. At this age, when everything goes right into his mouth, I love knowing his toys are organic cotton- it provides a lot of peace of mind knowing he’s not putting anything grown with chemicals into his mouth. As always, super cute and high quality toys at Estella!
