Refund policy

Refunds: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift returns: If you received an Estella item as a gift, you can exchange it or return it for store credit. Store credit is issued to you, the gift recipient, and the original purchaser is not notified.

We do not send return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email hello@estella-nyc.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized or custom items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us at hello@estella-nyc.com to arrange an exchange. Gift recipients may exchange or receive store credit

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
