Baby’s First Christmas Gifts, Made to Be Remembered
A baby’s first Christmas only happens once. The gifts that matter are the ones the family keeps: the hand-knit doll in every holiday photo, the rattle that ends up in the memory box, the basket that stays in the nursery for years. Estella’s holiday gifts are made with love for exactly that, whether you’re celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah or the holidays in your own way.
Founded in NYC in 2003. Handmade by artisans in Peru and India. 1,800+ five-star reviews from 55,000+ families. Never on Amazon. As seen in Vogue.

Christmas Gifts for Newborns
Celebrating a baby born this season? Choose clothing one size up from the baby’s current age, so the gift fits through the winter. Rattles, loveys, books and swaddles need no size at all. See more in our newborn baby gifts.
Stocking Stuffers for Baby
Small gifts with big personality: our hand-knit baby rattles start at $28, including the NYC Taxi Rattle, and the NYC ABCs Baby Board Book is $14.
Ready to Give for the Holidays
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, with free shipping on U.S. orders over $75; order early, since carrier times run longer in December. Add a free gift message in your cart, and every order includes a gift receipt with no prices. Gift boxing is $8, complimentary on orders over $175, and our baskets need no box at all.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a good gift for a baby’s first Christmas?
A keepsake the family will hold onto, like a hand-knit doll or rattle, paired with something useful now, like an organic cotton outfit or a swaddle. Our gift sets and baskets do both in one box.
What size should I buy for a holiday baby gift?
Go one size up from the baby’s current age so it fits through the season. For a baby turning one soon, choose 12–18 months.
When should I order for Christmas?
As early as you can. We ship within 1–2 business days, but carriers slow down in December.
Can I buy Estella on Amazon?
No. Estella is sold only at estella-nyc.com and through select museum and boutique partners.
