How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $75 via USPS ground. For orders under $75, ground shipping is a flat $8. Faster options are available at checkout:

• Standard — flat $15, arrives 3–4 business days after it ships
• Express — flat $25, arrives 1–2 business days after it ships
• Same-day Manhattan — flat $35 (86th Street and below)

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

How long will delivery take?

Free USPS ground typically arrives in 5–8 business days. Because USPS controls its own routes and schedules, these transit times aren't guaranteed. If you need a gift to arrive by a specific date, we recommend Express (1–2 business days), which is fully traceable.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — in Manhattan, 86th Street and below, for a flat $35. We need to receive the order before 2pm ET on a weekday; please allow up to 4 hours for the courier, and make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive it. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend are delivered the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. International rates are calculated in real time at checkout, where we also collect and pre-pay all applicable duties and taxes — so your recipient won't be hit with surprise customs fees on delivery. Please double-check the shipping address, as we can't take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

USPS ground packages are uninsured, and as a small business we're unable to refund or replace orders that the carrier marks as "delivered" but go missing, or orders sent to an incorrect address. For valuable or time-sensitive gifts, we recommend Express shipping, which is fully traceable. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes — add a personal gift note at checkout and we'll include it with the order.

Do your gifts come gift-boxed?

Gift boxing is complimentary on orders over $175. On smaller orders, you can add Estella gift boxing for $8 at checkout. Many of our ready-to-give sets arrive beautifully boxed and ready to hand over.

Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely — just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. If you mark the order as a gift, any return the recipient makes is handled as a gift credit to them, rather than a refund back to you.

Can I build a baby registry with Estella pieces?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all regularly-priced items. Returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Reduced-price items are final sale, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Include a copy of your original invoice along with a note on whether you'd like a return or an exchange, and ship it to:

For anything over $75, we recommend a trackable or insured shipping service — we can't guarantee receipt of a return that's lost in transit.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we credit your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Can the recipient of a gift make a return?

Yes. If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, they'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive it. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original gift giver.

Are Estella's products organic?

Our cotton pieces are made with organic cotton, with no harmful chemical dyes and no synthetic pesticide residues — chosen for softness, safety, and sustainability against baby's delicate skin. You can read more on Why Organic Cotton?
