Your order will ship the same day if we receive the order before 3pm EST on a weekday that is not a US national holiday. If we receive an order after 3pm EST during a weekday or anytime during a weekend or on a national holiday, the order will ship the next business day.

This depends on how you requested that we ship your order. If you opted for ground shipping and the delivery address is within the US, you will likely get it within 5 business days. Sometimes, it arrives next day. However, we use the USPS & third party shippers so we cannot guarantee this or any delivery dates. We are a small boutique & lack the bargaining power that Amazon has, so we cannot guarantee any delivery dates. We do our part and put it in the mail within 1 business day, but from there, we depend on 3rd parties. If you opted for 2 day or next day delivery, we also rely on USPS, UPS or Fedex to do their job, but cannot control their actions. They mostly do, but sometimes they err.
