Shipping & Returns

We offer free US ground shipping on all orders, no minimum spend is required.  We also offer faster shipping options and the price for that varies and can be calculated at checkout.

Absolutely, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.  Meaning, you can return your purchase to us for any or no reason within 30 days of making the purchase.  We simply ask that you ship it to us in the same, new, unused condition that you received it in.  Once we get it back, we will fully refund you.

We generally process and ship orders within 24 hours, but given the global pandemic, we ask customers to plan for a 48 hour turnaround excluding weekends.

Gift packaging

We do gift wrap! To purchase that option, simply click hereand we will pack your gift in a pouch similar to the one shown. 

Yes, you may leave a free gift note either in the gift note section of the shopping cart or checkout. 

Absolutely! We never ship goods with prices on them!

Yes, we include a gift receipt with what any gift note and what the sender purchased, but it does not have prices.  With this receipt, gift recipients can exchange the gift or return it for store credit consistent wit hour return policy..

Making Estella gifts

Yes, all our toys and clothing are made with 100% organic cotton.  Our knit toys are stuffed with polyester and any rattles in the toys are not organic.  

Yes, most of our products are made in Peru by small manufacturers who pay fair wages to their workers, treat them humanely and do not use child labor.

Yes, our toys, knit toys and knit clothing are all handmade with details that can only be finished by hand.  This takes time and expertise, but is part of what makes every piece unique.
