I bought an item for someone else and the item was actually refused on delivery (long breakup story here but the short version is they are my ex's friends). Jean emailed me and tried to located the package for return, I was going to pay the shipping and handling back from ENGLAND myself. No such luck, the package is gone with the wind :(

Even though she didn't have to, she credited/refunded me a portion of what I paid for the item/shipping. This is absolutely unnecessary and she did NOT have to do this but she did in good faith. She has earned a LIFETIME customer for any of my baby needs! I may even get the toys for my furbaby!
