Going Green

Just look out the window. I don’t know what you see, but I still see gray. Winter is sticking around a bit longer than I would have liked. Rain, sleet, snow, puddles—there’s nothing out there yet even resembling spring. I want green, but the only green thing I see outside are a few pine trees and the new car across the street.

Actually I don’t even need to frolic. I just want to stop having to go outside wearing a coat, hat and gloves.
